We have worked with R.A.D. on two different occasions and found them to
be the most complete full service provider to bring forth our
audio-visual and electronic vision for our homes. It has been a very
positive and rewarding customer experience.
The first time we worked with R.A.D. was when we moved from Las Vegas
to Fountain Hills. R.A.D. had done the low voltage pre-wiring in our
home through the new home builder so we gave them a call to set up and
bring to life the home theater we always dreamed.
Rob did a wonderful
job and delivered an outstanding design and audio-visual system. This
was ultimately the key feature that really helped us sell the home.
Being a full service provider they were also able to design and deliver
us a complete alarm system and an interior & exterior surround sound
system. We were very happy with their work and commitment to getting
the job done.
As we began the journey of building our 7,000 sq ft. dream home in
Fountain Hills we never wavered in our minds who we would be calling on
to bring it to life. Rob had always shown us that he was at the
forefront of the technological advances that were happening in the
audio-visual world.
Rob and his designers spent countless hours
bringing our vision
of what what we dreamed to be a state of the art home electonic
systems.
The scope of the project included a theater, interior/exterior
surround sound, home alarm, intelligent key pads through the house, and
an electronic system that controlled all TV's and DVD's through 8 rooms
in the house via ethernet. It was simply stunning!
His staff was always
such a pleasure to be around and extremely patient with us when it came
time to teach us how to work our new entertainment system and put all
the wonderful features into everyday use.
We just can't say enough good things about our experiences with R.A.D.
No matter the challenges in the project
they have always been a partner willing to do anything neccessary to
ensure we were happy.
We highly recommend
them to anyone who is seeking to improve their home entertainment
systems.
