ROB AND DAWN CZECH

Rob and Dawn created RAD in 2001 with a desire to create a company that focused on customer satisfaction. Rob's passion for electronics began as a young boy while watching his grandfather repair TV's. He served in the military for 7 years, and has over 20 years experience in the custom audio/video industry. He's committed to giving his clients the latest of technology, while incorporating it in a user friendly way.

Dawn is in charge of marketing, human resources, and accounting. She handles billing and accounts receivables. She has 12 years of Retail Management experience. She's constantly looking for ways to improve RAD's customer service & satisfaction and loves feedback from clients.

John Sturgis, Lead Programmer and Technician   

John Sturgis is our lead technician/programmer. He has a  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and is certified in AMX ACE, MCSE (Windows NT), Control4, Vantage and Crestron Programming & Installation, Security+ OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional). John beganhis career in the United States Army and is currently a Network Administrator for the Army Reserves. He has an extensive background in computer networking. John has been a part of the RAD team since the beginning of 2008.

Bryan Rugloski, Security Manager     

Bryan Rugloski is the first line of service should your home experience any problems with your security system. Bryan have extensive training in all types of security systems from high end systems like ELK, HAI, and APEX Destiny security systems to the basic Ademco, DSC, GE systems. He is dedicated in providing excellent customer service, support and focusing on what the customer wants to help them find the best system to fit their needs.  Bryan has been a part of the RAD team since 2006.

Dana Butler,  Field Supervisor and Lead Technician   

Dana has been a part of the RAD team since March of 2005. He began his career as a pre-wire/trim technician and quickly moved into the Supervision Level. He oversees the low-voltage, security and smart-home wiring of new builds. He has 10 years of industry knowledge. He handles service calls and does equipment installs.

Dan Mies,  Operations/Project Manager     

Dan Mies handles customer service, scheduling and oversees the transition of the projects. He has 14 years of industry knowledge and experience. He is CAT 5/6 & Fiber certified. Dan has excellent customer service skills and is dedicated to making your experience with RAD easy and stress free. Dan started his career at RAD as a lead technician in2005 and has grown with the company and is now Head of Operations and Project Manager.
